Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail boxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one e-mail box account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox you wish to redirect mail messages from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
